liability lawsuits and this Firm was co-counsel representing a Vermont bank in a
lawsuit against its former president which resulted in a verdict on behalf of
the bank in the amount of $8.7 million.

BANKRUPTCY

Elder law is a relatively new

Attorneys Eric Parker and
Thomas Nuovo have represented parents, grandparents, and children in divorce,
separation, visitation, child support, paternity, and related family matters.
Mr. Parker handles high-stakes, complex matters where valuation of closely held
businesses, valuation and distribution of pensions, and determination of
maintenance/alimony are at issue. The firm can also advise on pre-marital
agreements and post-divorce issues such as modification of child support,
changes in visitation rights, and interstate contact issues. The Family Court
has designated and appointed Mr. Parker Property Master, Visitation Master, and
Acting Magistrate. He has also successfully mediated many settlements in

Attorney Joseph Bauer has had
several years' experience in the field of municipal law. For a number of years,
he has been counsel to the Town of North Hero and also attorney for the Grand
Isle Fire District. As such, Bauer, Gravel, Farnham, Nuovo, Parker & Lang is fully capable of
assisting municipalities in the myriad of legal issues that they face on a daily
basis and also can provide quality legal services to individuals who find
themselves in conflict with any municipal regulations. These problems most often
