Daniel N. Farnham

Dan’s appreciation for all things in Vermont transcends into his professional life. Dan’s caseload consists primarily of residential real estate, title searches, resolving title issues, and conducting closings, primarily out of our Colchester office, but also performs title work and conducts closings for numerous clients from our offices in St. Albans, Montpelier, and Newport.

Dan was born in Burlington, Vermont, graduated from the University of Vermont in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration and graduated from Vermont Law School in 1993. He was admitted to the Vermont Bar in 1994 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Vermont in 1996. He is currently a member of the Vermont Bar Association, and the Chittenden County Bar Association, Franklin County Bar Association, and Grand Isle County Bar Association.

In his personal time, Dan enjoys many outdoor activities with his family such as gardening, hunting, fishing and golf.
