Scott McAllister

Scott has been practicing in the Burlington area for almost 30 years, concentrating in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, and Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Scott also enjoys representing homeowners’ associations throughout Chittenden County. Scott grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Syracuse University in 1987 with a B.S. in Television, Radio, and Film and graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1995, where he was a founding member of the University of Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.

Scott lives in Williston with his wife, Sandra, and two children, Will and Kate. When not practicing law, he can be found at home working on a follow-up to his critically acclaimed CD of instrumental guitar music or on the fairways of Vermont in a pair of plus fours working on his hickory golf game.
