Samantha Avant

Samantha joined the Firm in June of 2019 and began a four-year Law Office Study program in 2021 while working in the Firm’s real estate department. Samantha passed the Vermont Bar Exam in February 2025 and was admitted to the Vermont Bar in May 2025. Samantha focuses on general real estate matters.

Samantha is a native Vermonter and was a French teacher at the middle and high school levels prior to joining the Firm. She lives in Bolton with her partner and their menagerie of animals.
