8th Annual Lawyers Fighting Hunger Food Drive for the Vermont Foodbank – September 6 – 20!

We are participating in the 8th Annual Lawyers Fighting Hunger Food Drive for the Vermont Foodbank – Starting 9/6!

This year’s event will run from: September 6th through September 20th.

There will be boxes at the front office in Colchester and in the front office in South Hero, and one at the St. Albans office.  Please see the list of items most needed to assist you in choosing your donations.  Members of the public, including other lawyers and clients, family and friends who come to our offices, can donate items if you want to help!

September has been designated Hunger Action Month in Vermont. The Attorney General’s Office, in collaboration with the Vermont Foodbank and Vermont Bar Association, is proud to announce its 8th Annual Lawyers Fighting Hunger Food Drive. Vermonters need help with their food security more than ever, and this food drive is aimed at helping our neighbors!

There is also a friendly contest among like-sized firms – so give what you can!  The winning firm will be recognized by the Vermont Attorney General’s office at the VBA annual meeting luncheon on September 27th.  The AGs is also encouraging participating firms to promote the event on social media using the hashtag: #VtLegalFoodDrive  BGF will update our social media, post news on the firm’s website, and will be posting on social media to show our engagement and encourage participation.

Feel free to share with your friends, family, etc.  We want to get the word out!  Let’s see what we can do to fight hunger in Vermont!
