Thomas Nuovo Publishes Article on Employment Law in Vermont Bar Journal

Bauer Gravel Farnham’s Thomas Nuovo published an article in the Spring, 2026 edition of the Vermont Bar Journal.  The article is titled “Vermont Fair Employment Practices Act Does Not Require an Adverse Employment Action” and analyzes the VFEPA statutory language that has been interpreted incorrectly to require of an adverse action in order to fulfill the elements of an employment discrimination or harassment claim.  Great article, Tom!
