The firm can also advise on pre-marital agreements and post-divorce issues such as modification of child support, changes in visitation rights, and interstate contact issues.  Attorney Tom Nuovo has served as Acting Magistrate in the Family Court. Our Family Law attorneys have also successfully mediated many settlements in previously contested divorce matters.
